I recently had an interview that lasted about an hour with two members of Accuracy's Data team, and here's my feedback on the experience. The interview was well-organized, featuring two main parts: fit questions and technical questions. This approach allowed for an assessment of both my professional skills and personal qualities, giving a comprehensive view of how well I'd fit with the team and the company.
I didn't get the job and was ghosted. They didn't even send a closing letter. Other companies usually let you know when you're no longer being considered.
The interview process was really well-organized and professional. There were some repeated questions across different interviews which made me wonder about their internal communication, but everything else went really smoothly. The questions were tough but fair. Everyone I spoke with was super professional and friendly throughout.
