The interview process included a self-introduction and project description, followed by basic Java and Springboot questions. There was also a basic DSA question on strings and one on functional programming. I had one interview round with someone who had 4.5 years of experience. I felt I answered most things well, but I made a mistake on the functional programming question. I never heard back from HR after that.
The interview process was pretty structured, with some chats with HR and leadership. It kicked off with a basic screening, then I went to the office for a culture-fit chat, which was great for getting a feel for the team and work environment. The discussions mainly revolved around my previous work, how I tackle problems, and my potential fit within the team, rather than just technical stuff. It felt more like a two-way conversation than a typical interview.
It was easy and logical, with a supportive recruitment team. They managed the interview transitions well. The coordination and communication were effective. I was told about the interview rounds and types beforehand.
