The whole process took 5 weeks and had 3 distinct steps. First up, I talked with HR and a manager. We covered an english test, fit questions, some technical questions, and a business case. Then, I had a meeting with two senior managers where we discussed fit questions and another business case. The final step was meeting with two partners, and this was all about fit questions.
We had 4 interviews. First, an introductory one to get to know you, your skills, and what you're looking for. Then there were numerical, writing, and critical reasoning tests to check your financial and business knowledge, language skills, and thinking ability. After that, we did a case study where you prepare based on some documents and then discuss it with us. Finally, there was a meeting with a couple of partners.
There were 4 rounds in total. The first one was mostly about fit. The second was technical, with accounting and finance questions. The third one was again only fit. The last one was very short (about 15 minutes) and was a kind of mix between fit and technical questions.
