The questions were alright, but the whole process is very French. If you don't speak French, you'll probably have a bad time here. I don't know about the pay, but a friend of mine quit after two years.
It was a 1-hour interview that included a behavioral component and a case study. The interviewer, who was the partner from the NYC office, was very friendly and patient. Since I had no prior experience with case interviews, he helped me through it, essentially acting as a mentor.
It was a really smooth process. They conducted two interviews, both of which touched on construction management and construction processes. The first interview was more about fit, while the second one dove into technical aspects. Overall, it was a good experience and the recruiters were friendly.
