Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 2 interview process. The first was a conversation with two analysts, and they were super friendly and welcoming. The second interview was with two more senior people, and it involved a case study. Those senior interviewers felt cold and seemed to deliberately try to confuse me at every opportunity.

I applied to the Paris office in late September and was contacted at the end of October. There are four interviews in total, about one per week. Each time, we meet two people. The first asks about my professional background and my motivation to join Accuracy, the second about my technical knowledge, the third about my fit, and the fourth covers all the previous points.

First, there was a quantitative and critical reasoning test. Then, a motivational interview with some technical questions. After that, a case solving session along with accounting and financial questions. Lastly, a recapitulation interview.
