The interview process was great and everyone was really supportive. It moved along quickly. The interviewers asked very technical questions, but if you know your stuff, it's super easy.
First, I had a recruiter call with some basic questions and a silly personality test. Then, I interviewed with the department head. It's been a month since then and I haven't heard back, even though the job is still listed. The company seemed like a good place to work with decent pay and a laid-back vibe, but this whole ghosting situation has really soured me on them.
I got contacted by their internal recruiter on LinkedIn. We had an initial call, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. The following week, I went in for a face-to-face interview. I had one more face-to-face with senior leadership, and then got an offer a couple days later.
