After the initial phone screen, there were two in-person interviews. They asked for a lot of personal info for their ATS, which felt intrusive. The first interview was with the hiring manager, and the second was with the CEO, HR, the hiring manager, and another manager. The interviews were pretty straightforward, focusing on standard skills and behavioral questions. HR said I'd hear back after they finished interviewing and that I was their top choice, but then they went silent for a few weeks. It was very unprofessional, especially from a staffing company.
I had an interview over the phone. The interviewer was nice and friendly. If I didn't know an answer, she helped me figure it out.
I interviewed for the payroll department at the corporate office in Cherry Hill. It's a pretty chill place since it's off the customer floor. The interviewer was really nice and open about everything.
