The interview was pretty chill, but the interviewers seemed a bit out of it and didn't ask much that really mattered. They seemed to be looking for a very specific kind of person. It felt like a family, a bootstrap operation. It was formal and professional, but kind of secretly judgmental if you weren't what they considered 'normal'. I figured all this out just from the interview. Some people would totally nail it in that environment, but it wasn't really my vibe.
It was a pretty fast interview process, and I liked how they did it. They asked me some basic questions about Business Central and things I listed on my resume, as well as about my experience with BC or NAV.
It was a standard interview process. I heard back in under a week. I found the job through a local staffing agency, and they were my main point of contact for updates. They didn't share too many details about the job duties, but they did ask about my experience with FedEx shipping and Microsoft Office programs like Word, Outlook, and Excel. The interview itself had one round with three people: one from HR, the manager, and the Executive Coordinator.
