Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiter call was quick but helpful. They were really nice and it felt more relaxed and conversational than a typical job interview. I sent a thank you email and the next day got an email to schedule an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview was very informal and virtual. The interviewers had their cameras off the whole time, which I found strange and unprofessional. They didn't answer my question about how the company monitors employee metrics, saying they'd discuss it if an offer was extended. It was also odd that they had me agree to a salary before discussing the role's responsibilities. I have some reservations.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, focusing on communication skills, pharmacy know-how, and overall work history. The recruiter was helpful and kept me updated on the hiring steps. It took about a week from the interview to getting the job offer.
