I had a phone interview where they asked some basic questions about my experience in payroll and tax, my availability, and what my understanding of 'person-centered' was. After the interview, I sent a thank you note. I followed up again a week later and received an email saying I wasn't selected for the next step, which I accepted.
It was a pretty simple process. Usually, you talk with the client service provider. They want to know about the clients' needs and what the day-to-day work involves. I think there's just one interview because the company itself doesn't really interview people.
The process was easy and standard. You need to know about the QP role and the PCA program. Your main tasks involve managing fraud, health, and safety. They seem to be in a hiring frenzy with high turnover, so much so that they're practically giving jobs away. Make sure to negotiate and stand your ground.
