AccountAbility Interview Questions

The interview process started with one phone call, then there were 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was with a manager and focused more on fit questions. The second round was a case study interview presented to senior leadership. This case study involved an industry chosen by the company and required candidates to analyze the market and suggest potential services the company could offer.

Had 2 rounds of interviews. First was a fit interview with a Manager. Then, a case study interview with a manager, director, and head of operations. This case study was a deep dive into a sector they chose, looking at sustainability benchmarking of key players, gold standard initiatives & strategies, and providing key recommendations both for organizations in the space and to AA on how to enter that specific sector.

Several rounds of interviews with different team members across our international offices. Expect questions about sustainability, culture fit, your area of specialization, and your future career aspirations. Just be yourself and come prepared.
