Candidate-reported interview process

This interview was a quick and casual one-round process with the direct reporting manager and an HR executive present.

3 rounds within 2 weeks time - the last interview was on site and in person. Waited for the final feedback within 4 days of the last interview. Overall a tough, but pretty simple process.

A recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin and I ended up interviewing for two marketing roles. The first interview lasted 2 hours and had 4 people from those teams interview me. They were all really nice. Two weeks later, I had another interview about the specific internship they thought I was a good fit for, and I met the team leader. That was also a quick and pleasant chat. I found out I got the job a week later and started onboarding. The whole thing took about a month, which is longer than usual, but the recruiter kept me updated weekly, so it was fine.
