They reached out to me for this interview, but then texted the next day saying they weren't going to interview me for the role because I didn't meet qualifications, even though I did and she told me on the phone I did. It felt like she just needed to make a quota for production. It was awkward as she wouldn't finish sentences and at one point said it was too long to go over everything.
I had a few calls with the recruiter over about a week. I really liked the job even though it was a 3 month trial period. Soon after, my potential boss called and asked about my skills and experience relevant to the role. Then, I had an in-person interview with the team, and we discussed my resume. I felt positive about it. Shortly after I left, I got a call offering me the job. Acclivity lived up to its reputation.
I met with three really nice and friendly people who made me feel comfortable. It was my first interview in 5 years, so I was really nervous about what to expect. They talked about their company and what they do, and then they explained the position and the company they were looking to place me in.
