The interview was virtual and done via Microsoft Teams. Professional references were called, and a phone interview was conducted. Follow-up messaging and communication were done as needed. This process is now under Integra, different from the old Johnson and Johnson process.
Interviews were pretty easy, just basic questions about yourself. They took about a month to finish the interviews. It took weeks to hear back from the recruiters. I was told I was a top candidate multiple times, and then I got a generic email saying I wasn't chosen.
The interview process was really good and straightforward. They knew exactly what they wanted and asked fair questions. I even got to do a few ride-alongs before it was all said and done, which was awesome for getting a real feel for the job.
