Candidate-reported interview process

This interview for the Site Engineer role at Acciona's Western Harbour Tunnel project was mostly about your experience. The two people interviewing you mainly asked about your past jobs, what you did, and what you accomplished. They really wanted to see if you had the practical skills for a site engineer on a big project like the Western Harbour Tunnel, and weren't as interested in your personal stuff or future goals outside of this job.

The interview was cut short. It was supposed to be 1 hour but only lasted 30 minutes. They asked questions one after another without giving the candidate a chance to express themselves and explain their experiences better.

Online interview with HR manager, Project Manager, and Area Manager. They asked about my skills, experience, and motivations. They also gave a detailed explanation of the main job functions and I had the chance to ask questions.
