Dynamic process, with an interview with HR, then with the technical team, and then directors. It required a technical test in SQL, Python, and PowerPoint, done offline, and a case presentation.
The selection process had three stages: an initial phone call, an interview with HR, and a final interview with the manager. It was a long process, but not difficult, done partly on Teams and partly in person. It was transparent, with good communication and a positive experience.
I took some intelligence and personality tests. After that, there was a simple chat about my CV, and the interviewer was really into my leadership skills. The offer was for an internship, but the interviewer didn't know much about it, saying the technical department would have the details.
