The interview process involved five stages: four technical rounds and one HR round. The interviewers were cooperative and posed insightful questions that covered a broad range of topics, reflecting the caliber of the talent within the organization. Throughout the entire process, the recruitment associates maintained a positive and helpful demeanor, even offering encouragement and tips for the client interview rounds.
The whole interview thing took about a month, and then it was another week to get the offer from Accion Labs. First, there was a technical interview with AccionLabs, where they asked me to write some Python programs and basic Python stuff, also about GIT and APIs. Then, a week later, I had a 30-minute interview with the client, covering Python OOPs, threading, networking, and GIT. After another two weeks, I had a 1 hour 15 minute interview with the client again. This one focused on my past projects, then a lot on networking, and more Python programming questions. Finally, about a week after that, I got the feedback and the offer letter from Accion Labs.
The interview process was a bit disorganized. I showed up on the first day and ended up waiting for two hours before being told to come back the next day. The second day, I waited for another hour, and then they gave me a coding test. After the test, I had a face-to-face interview where they only asked me one question and then said the interview was over and I could leave.
