Candidate-reported interview process

The interview started with a technical call focusing on core technologies like Javascript and ReactJS. This was followed by a managerial round where the interviewer was quite negative and seemed to be insulting me and judging me based on my position. It was a bad experience and shouldn't happen to experienced candidates.

The interviewer was super rude and arrogant. It felt like they weren't trying to assess my skills but just find a reason to reject me. When I asked for clarification on a question or scenario, they refused, saying I should already know the answer. Their behavior was really unprofessional, and it makes sense now why this company gets such bad reviews, especially for its interview process.

It was a pathetic experience with Accions labs. The HR initially told me there would be only two technical rounds. But then she informed me that they didn't have a budget and would forward my profile for another account. So, she arranged one more technical round, which was pathetic. The interviewer was so rude and took my interview for 1 hour and 30 minutes, asking irrelevant questions. The first two technical rounds were good and smooth. After my third round, the HR didn't even bother to call and tell me the result. It was a waste of time. If they don't have a budget, why did they conduct interviews?
