First, a recruiter will chat with you, and if you fit, they'll offer a Pre-Offer letter based on agreed terms. Then, there are client interviews, and everything depends on them. Once confirmed, they'll call you to sign the offer, which might have some unusual conditions.

The interview process was a bit cumbersome. It took sometime to get hold of client for interviews. There were three rounds of interviews: Round 1 was taken by Accoin Labs manager with simple technical questions. Round 2 was taken by technical panel of client, where I was given a written test that was easy. Round 3 was behavioural testing by the client. Interview questions were easy.

The whole process was just one phone call on the same day HR called. They sent the offer letter right after. Everything was completed in a single day. It was a pretty straightforward interview, and I got the offer. Just make sure you know your Objective-C stuff if you get called.
