Candidate-reported interview process

Got referred by someone who works there. The whole thing took about 4 months and involved 5 interviews. I talked with HR a bunch of times in between. It was a pretty good experience overall, everyone was really nice. The interview questions were mostly about my background and how it aligns with what they're looking for.

Applied online, then had a recruiter chat. After that, I met with a panel of 3 people. Overall, it was an average experience, but it seemed like they were still figuring out a lot of the specifics for the position.

The hiring manager was really open about things. The whole process took about 3 to 4 weeks, and they worked with my schedule and time zone for the interviews. Everyone I spoke with was super nice and respectful.
