The interview process involved a phone interview and then an in-person interview. I was informed that the hiring decision would be made within four to five weeks, and an HR representative would contact me weekly to check on my availability. However, I never heard back from anyone at the company, and they didn't follow through on what they said they would do. It seemed like a very unprofessional operation.
It was a quick and straightforward interview process. I met with the hiring manager and some team members. They asked me some basic questions about my C# skills. The interview was scheduled right after lunch, so it's possible the interviewers were a bit tired and didn't ask really tough questions.
We started with a recruiter call to go over the role and some basic info. Then, I had a phone interview with the sales director. After that, there was a telephonic interview with an Account Executive. Next, I had an in-person meeting with the sales director and the VP of Sales. Finally, I had a phone call with the VP of Global Sales.
