I had three interviews over the month. First, a phone interview with the recruiter about the job and my past work. Second, an in-person interview with my supervisors where they got to know me, asked about my past jobs, and if I had questions. Third, another in-person interview with the same supervisors where they asked questions they missed last time. They gave me a tour, and then I had a smaller interview with the COO about my goals and what I wanted from this job. Everyone was very welcoming, and I got the job!
It was a longer process than I thought it would be, but it was good. There were three interviews over the phone or online, and then a day where I shadowed someone. It was pretty cool to talk to people at different levels.
The interviews are pretty straightforward. You'll have multiple interviews with people you'll see many times throughout the process. Aside from needing to schedule them, they're just too long and time-consuming.
