We had a phone chat first. Then, a Zoom meeting with people from the departments I might be working with. They asked me to prep a PowerPoint to show I knew the job. Then another Zoom call, sharing my screen with about 5-6 folks – the same people from before, plus HR and a recruiter. I gave my presentation and we had plenty of time for Q&A. It took a while but they seemed really interested and genuine.
After a phone call, there was a skills test, then a cognitive test, then an in-person interview, and finally a case study presentation. The whole thing took about 3 weeks until they made an offer.
The interview process was a simple one-step process. I first got a call from the recruiter who gave me tips on how to ace the interview with the manager. Then I met the hiring manager for a few questions about my resume, experience, and goals. It was quite straightforward. After that, HR contacted me with the offer and all the necessary documents were signed electronically. The whole process was really smooth.
