HR called me first. Then I talked to the regional director, followed by the clinic director over the phone. Finally, I had an in-person meeting. It was a pretty laid-back chat, not super formal.
The interview process starts with a recruiter, and it changes as you move through it. Everyone is really nice and understanding, and they tell you a lot about the job. Then, they connect you with a local recruiter who is a good fit for you. This is where you learn about specific clinics and what the job is like there.
Since I'm a new grad, they asked about feedback I got from my clinical instructors at each of my previous clinical sites. They told me about their physical therapy care model, the EMR they use, and the different opportunities available at their various locations. The next steps are an in-person interview with the clinic director at the specific sites I'm interested in.
