Candidate-reported interview process

For experienced candidates, HR usually starts with a 'tell me about yourself' question. The hiring manager round involves technical discussions about denials, physician billing, and hospital billing. Sometimes, interviews might involve two managers to ensure the best fit for their team's needs.

The interview process was straightforward when I went through it as part of the first batch in Coimbatore. I believe the process has changed since then. If I had the opportunity to rejoin the company, I would definitely consider it.

The technical interview was good, with 2 rounds. It wasn't too hard or too easy, focusing on recent updates and concepts. The interview lasted 45 minutes and involved many scenarios. There was no assessment, just oral technical questions.
