Candidate-reported interview process

If you are a fresher they will just ask to introduce yourself why you want to join bpo not much the first round will be telephonic and next round will be on videocall. Fresher candidates will be asked to introduce themselves and state their reasons for wanting to join the BPO. The initial stage is a phone call, followed by a video call interview.

It’s pretty easy to get through if you know the process and communicate well. Make sure you’re ready for rejections. They often have many projects, so it’s straightforward to pass.

The interview process was smooth and good. They were very delicate. It was interesting to attend the interview and gain knowledge. I learned a lot about the company.
