Candidate-reported interview process

I wasted 5 hours waiting for the HR interview, and in the end, they rejected 9 out of 10 candidates. The HR person did not communicate well.

The interview process included an authorization case where I had to explain how to handle it. They asked about explaining denials and how to fix them. There were also questions about covid 19, the Pacific, pre-authorization concepts (like crossover and cob), and human anatomy and physiology.

For experienced people, the interview here is a cakewalk. Easy rounds like GD, HR, and a manager round. They ask questions based on general denial and medical billing. Questions are very easy and answerable if one has minimum knowledge in RCM.
