Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was an HR round where they asked some basic questions. After that, I met with the Quality Assurance department panel. The questions during this part were based on my past experience, my education, and my interests, etc.

The interview process involved talking with managers from various departments. They weren't looking for a specific profile but rather someone with a good attitude. It was pretty relaxed, and not too many technical questions came up.

I did an in person interview. It was scheduled for an hour. The interviewer asked 3 questions and that was it. She was uninterested from the start. I drove over 2 hours for this interview for that 3 questions. The experience was extremely uncomfortable and rude.
