Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involves asking you questions to see if you can handle customers and a high call volume. They also want to know if and how much knowledge you have of computers.

First, you'll have a quick chat with a Sales Manager or District Manager. It's pretty relaxed and helpful. If they pick you, you'll do a drug test to move on. Once that's done, training starts. They pay you for training, and it goes for at least a week, depending on how quickly you get the hang of things.

The interview was held at a Starbucks. Initially, I was promised a great hourly rate and 11% commission on all sales. However, after two months, the commissions were reduced to 2.5%, and then in November, all commissions were eliminated. They also talked about great advancement opportunities that never materialized. This company seems dishonest.
