Candidate-reported interview process

We did a panel interview where everyone could see and evaluate the candidate together. The questions were about past experiences, performance, and how you manage people. It seems like the job needs someone who can adjust quickly and confidently because it's a dynamic role.

The interview process was easy. They didn't ask hard questions and were very friendly. It seemed like they weren't interested in making sure I really knew what I was doing.

The whole thing was pretty fast. They set up the interview for the very next day. I hopped on a Zoom call with two managers. Within about a week, they let me know they were making an offer.
