It was a great process. The employees were really approachable and the HR personnel were very responsive and easy to connect with. Since it is such a big company, it is possible to have exposure to different teams.
This was an entry-level position with three interviews spaced out by a lot of time. I heard back after each one with some delay, but the recruiter was really nice. It was a pretty standard consulting interview process, nothing unusual.
The interview process involves two rounds. The first round is conducted by a manager, and the second round is by a managing director. Since the department I'm joining is new and will be managed by Accenture India, both interviewers are from Accenture India.
