Accenture Solutions General Intern interviews, decoded.

The interview lasted about 20 minutes. It started with introductions, then we talked about what I mentioned in the intro, then about my project, and finally my hobbies. The interviewer wanted to understand the difficulties I faced in my project and was friendly, aiming to precisely judge my answers.

I applied by mail through an internal referral and got a call about five business days later to schedule an interview. There were two rounds in total, and it was a pretty good experience with easy questions.

There are three steps before the phone interview, which is just an informal and getting-to-know-you chat. Then there's a group interview that lasts about an hour, and then a final interview with the manager.
