Accenture Solutions Financial Analyst interviews, decoded.

It was a smooth and professional interview process for the Client Financial Management Analyst position. The interviewers were respectful, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The questions were scenario-based and focused on finance concepts like Ind AS 115, budgeting, and variance analysis. HR was timely with communication. A con was that I would have appreciated more role clarity during the initial call, and there was a slight delay between interview rounds.

So, they wanted to chat about my previous employment and also some concepts to learn and a few certifications. They asked some questions on financial management and tools I've used. It also included a skill test which was technical.

The process was pretty simple, but it took over a month to finish. There was a 1-hour technical round via video call, then a 3-hour call to discuss salary. I had to keep following up with the recruiter for updates on my application.
