Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was conducted online. It was mostly about my previous work experiences and quite direct. The Project Lead interviewed me, with the hiring manager present. It was a relaxed and stress-free conversation.

The interview process was good. They gave me details about the job and benefits. I have a friend who has worked there for years and knows the internal workings. They don't pay excellently, but the benefits compensate for it.

The interview process is messy. Panelists sometimes don't show up even after scheduling, which is frustrating and wastes time. You'll also get contacted by multiple HRs for the same role, which is confusing and inefficient.
