Candidate-reported interview process

Had 3 interviews total. First was a call, then I went in person to meet with two partners. The in-person part had a behavioral interview and a case interview. The case was about an op model project for a federal client.

First, they checked my CV. Then, I had an HR interview. After that, there was a case study about an RFP that I had a week to prepare for, and I worked on it with the interviewer, who was very supportive. Finally, there was a fit interview with a Senior Manager or Director.

So I interviewed with them and after that they told me they weren't hiring anyone outside of DC. Which was a bummer because I thought I was pretty qualified. I hope they start offering remote work soon.
