The interview process was really put together and professional. It had a behavioral interview where they asked about my past experiences, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and how adaptable I am. The interviewers were nice and clear, and they told me about the job, the team vibe, and how I could grow.
The interview process was very straightforward. It started with an online screening, followed by a mix of behavioral and case interviews. They put a lot of focus and emphasis on advanced technologies during the interviews. It would be good to practice casing beforehand.
Submitted my application online and heard back in about two weeks. Had an initial chat with a recruiter where we went over basic info and what the role is about. Then, there was one behavioral interview where I had to use the STAR method to talk about teamwork and problem-solving. They didn't ask super technical stuff, mostly just situational questions. After that, I was invited to some 'Meet the Leaders' sessions which were more for information than to judge me. Got the offer a few weeks later.
