Candidate-reported interview process

It was a long process with multiple interviews. I was given prep materials, and it seemed like some of that could have been handled in the email and application process, rather than needing three separate interviews with different people. The interviews were remote, which was convenient.

They sent links to YouTube videos about teaching specific letter sounds. Then in the interview, I had to teach the interviewer those sounds.

So there were three interviews total. First, I chatted with someone whose role wasn't clear to me. Then, I had an interview where the other person spoke with an Indian accent, and my task was to correct it, which I couldn't really do. Finally, there was a third interview.
