Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a figure pattern test on gform with around 30 questions. Then, a totally technical round where I got a business scenario and was asked about extracting customer needs, questions to ask stakeholders for requirements, and new features for an app. There were also some pattern questions from the first round. The next round was a written business case study with MCQs and descriptive questions. The final round was mostly HR with a bit of technical.

The interview process involved resume-based questions, including discussions about my past projects. Additionally, three online assessment questions were part of the evaluation. They also inquired about my motivations for pursuing a Business Analyst role.

The interview went well, it was friendly and they gave me time to think. It lasted about an hour, starting with introductions, then some basic HR questions, followed by logical questions, and then scenario-based questions.
