It starts with a chat with HR, then you meet with a bunch of leaders, then there's a performance task where you gotta look at data and get ready to present your findings to the staff in a meeting, and it wraps up with a final talk with the execs.
This was a pretty involved process for an Assistant Director role. I had several interviews with all the Assistant Directors and Directors from all the different LV sites. I also met with the RVP and the COO. The questions they asked were multi-part and took a while to answer. It was interesting because all the directors had to agree to hire an AD even though the new hire wouldn't be reporting to them directly.
After submitting my application, the first step was a phone interview. Then, I had a Zoom call. I was rejected at that point, so I don't know how many more rounds there would have been.
