Candidate-reported interview process

It's a multi-step interview process. First, you'll interview with your peers, and then with management. You'll be in a room with other interviewees and asked to question each other. If you impress your peers and they say they'd like to work with you during their interview with management, you'll probably get the job. You really need to impress both your peers and the management team.

I was in a big boardroom with other people applying for the job. They told us about the company and the job. Then we had to interview each other. After that, two groups of people interviewed me. It was all done in about three hours.

The virtual interviews were good and straightforward. All questions were direct. I didn't feel like my time was wasted. The team quickly let me know their decisions after each interview.
