Got the interview through a connection from a previous job. The process started with a recruiter screening, then 3 rounds with senior managers: first a functional manager, then a technical manager to check my technical skills, and finally a managing partner. It all took about 2 weeks. They mentioned they couldn't hire consultants then, but were upfront about it. I got an offer about 6 months later.
First had an online meeting with a recruiter, then another online call with a manager. The final step was an in-person assessment centre. There, I had to give a presentation, do a team task, and have a final interview.
You'll have three 1:1 chats with the recruiter, the learning director, and your future manager. Then, two weeks later, there's an assessment day. The assessment day involves two group activities, with different team members for each. The main goal is to see how well you work with others, focusing on your communication, empathy, listening, and problem-solving skills.
