The interview process was unresponsive and long. After the second interview, the interviewer only explained the role and their responsibilities without asking any questions. The third interview was conducted over Zoom, but the interviewer kept their camera off and asked impersonal questions, indicating a lack of genuine interest in interviewing me for the role.
I applied in early April and got a call about a month later for an interview. Then I had a second interview with the director, followed by a third interview. The third interview was a surprise; I got an email asking to connect about the position, and I thought it would be an offer. This third interview was with the first manager I spoke to, and they hadn't disclosed it when I asked about the next steps. After that interview, they said I'd hear back the next day. When I didn't, I emailed them, and the manager said there wasn't an update and I'd hear back early the following week. It's been three weeks, and I've been completely ghosted, not even a rejection email.
The interview went well and was smooth. They were straightforward about what they expect from their employees and how they operate the terminal. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
