Candidate-reported interview process

So, first I chatted with some HR folks who gave me the lowdown on the role and the company, and they asked me about my background. Then, I had another chat with a couple of engineers where we talked tech and some behavioral stuff. I also got to talk about my background and what I'm seeking. It was a pretty chill experience, everyone was cool and professional.

The process was laid out clearly, and I was kept in the loop about my status throughout. It was a good experience overall because of how transparent it was.

It was a three round process: first HR, then a technical interview, and finally a small web application project that I had to make at home and send back to Accedo. The project required it to function in various browser types.
