ACCC Insurance Company Interview Questions

Started with some questions about my past experience, like my daily routine and escalations I'd handled. They also asked about how I'd deal with things like co-worker issues, breaks, and workflow. In the end, when they made the job offer, I asked if the initial salary was the best they could do based on my experience. Later that day, they called back with a higher salary.

It was a really straightforward and laid-back interview. Honestly, one of the best I've ever been through. We had a good laugh, and they made me feel really welcome and at ease. No 'tell me about a time when...' questions; you really just get to talk about your background in the industry. It's the perfect chance to sell yourself as the top candidate.

The interviewer was really helpful and explained what the company expects. The office was easy to get to, the staff were nice and the place was clean and quiet. They made a job offer the same day. They covered the drug screening and background check. It was a smooth process.
