Candidate-reported interview process

It was all on Zoom with 4 people. They weren't smiling and it was very awkward. One person tried to zoom in on my background. They all seemed like instructors and annoyed to be there, and they asked questions unrelated to the job.

It was a panel interview, they asked about my experience and gave me some 'what would you do if' scenario questions to see if I could prioritize my duties. They also briefly went over company benefits and I signed the background check authorization.

I talked with two principals about the job and my qualifications. They were very professional and friendly. We discussed specific duties and any special circumstances. They were very informative and encouraging and showed they understood my unique situation and were willing to help.
