For GET roles, selection is based on your academics, skills, and fit. We look for candidates with a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil/Mechanical/Production and at least 60% aggregate. You should also understand the cement/construction industry, including market trends, competitors, channel sales, and B2B marketing.
It was a 3 stage interview process. First, there were two technical rounds that focused on DSA and live coding, with a lot of technical discussion. Lastly, there was an HR round.
The interview was conducted remotely via Zoom and consisted of three rounds: one with the line manager, one with the VP, and a final one with the CFO. Each meeting was 30 minutes long. No technical questions were asked, but confidence was important because the interviewers in the second and third rounds were quite tough.
