The interview process was very straightforward and flexible with scheduling. The interview itself was brief but comprehensive, covering protocols and scope of practice in detail. I definitely recommend this.
The interview process was quick and easy, very low key. The interviewer didn't seem pressed at all. I was offered a job shortly after as a new EMT with zero experience. They provide paid training which was nice.
First, we'll chat on the phone and I'll ask you some basic questions about your experience and clarify the roles you'd be working. It's a pretty straightforward process. Just make sure your driver's license is at least a year and a month old. We'll also spend a good amount of time explaining how the company is structured and let you know about accommodations for orientation in Austin if you're in Texas.
