Acadia Pharmaceuticals Interview Questions

The whole process was super organized, professional, and they were on time with everything. Since the job is pretty broad, it took a bunch of interviews, but they got it done efficiently. Overall, a really good experience. The Acadia team was professional and kept me in the loop clearly and on time.

The whole process is really long, it's been 2.5 months and it's still not over. Sometimes I feel like they just disappear and don't respond to my emails. They schedule each interview round about 5-6 weeks apart. I almost gave up at one point because the recruiter wasn't getting back to me.

I went through 4 rounds of interviews and was even given a compensation package, but then they stopped responding. It was really disappointing because I was very enthusiastic about this role. I wouldn't suggest their interview process to anyone.
