The interview process in 2014 was pretty laid back and fun. They were pretty flexible and gave me a lot of details about the job during the interviews. I had two interviews, and both times I met with local managers from the company.
They had me take an aptitude test. Then they gave me information about the company and asked questions about my work and educational background.
First there was a phone call, and then I met with the Director of Loss Control, the Director of Underwriting, and the Director of Marketing. After that, I met with the Regional VP and some Underwriting Leaders. Everyone was really good about answering all my questions. I'd suggest looking into everyone you're going to interview with beforehand so you can bring that up during your conversations.
