The hiring process was quick from applying to interviewing. It included background checks, education review, and some sample situational questions. Mostly, the questions were open-ended and took about 20 minutes. I heard back a few weeks later.
The interview involved two people, one leading and one observing. I was given plenty of time for my responses. The environment felt relaxed, and the interviewers were friendly and open to answering my questions.
It was a chill chat about why you're interested in working here. They want to hear about your experience. They're cool with hiring new grads. Lots of different jobs you can do, like with adults, in outpatient settings, with adolescents and kids, either inpatient or outpatient.
